April Goals

Sorry for the double post today!  Not sure if anyone will get around to reading both of them, but since it is a new month I am sharing a super quick update on my goals from last month and my new goals for April.

Here are my goals from March:
* Finish revisions of "Defiance"
I still need to write an epilogue - but I rewrote the ending and I'm ready for another read-through!

* Complete revisions of query for "Defiance"
Done and I have sent off eleven queries!  Two have come back as kind rejections, but I'm not giving up. :)

* Pre-post the rest of my entries for the April A-Z Blogging Challenge

* Purchase "Les Miserables" on DVD on March 22nd

All of my goals were achieved!  I'd say it was a successful and busy month!  I've done great with my goals this year and I hope to keep up!  I like feeling accomplished each month and know I'm making progress.

Goals for April:
* Complete the April A-Z Blogging Challenge
All of my posts are ready - time to make some new friends and see if anyone thinks I'm funny. :)

* Write to 30,000 words on my Camp NaNo novel, "Breathless"
Maybe it's a bit ambitious, but I love a challenge and I hope to finish my novella during the April session.

* Run/walk my first 5K on April 20th
It isn't timed and probably won't go well, but I'm hoping to finish and that will be enough for me. :)

Only three goals for this month since I will be pretty busy!   How did your goals for March go?  What are your goals for April?  If you are doing the April A-Z Blogging Challenge - GOOD LUCK! :)

  10. Hi Krista,
    Congrats on your goals and that video scared me... She just kept DOING it!

    I can't play A-Z this year. Finishing up my MG historical fantasy novel "Gia" and must not be distracted, but I'm sad I can't play.
    All the other kids get to!
    I have this vague feeling like I am a sick kid missing a really cool party...
