"Nameless/Unless"
I didn't get all of the work done I hoped to do on this novel. Hopefully, I'd like to rewrite the two books into one draft from the POV of Princess Dalia. Right now, the first part is from Edom's POV and I think it reads stronger from a female POV.
"Defiance"
I'm very happy with the progress I made on this novel! I did have two full requests on it while querying, though both turned it down afterwards. I'm grateful to have the experience there. There's more revisions to be made. I wrote the second in the trilogy and I'm excited to revise it!
"Project K"
This project turned out beautifully! It's actually called "Breathless" and I'm hoping to self-publish it next year or to find a small press publisher for it. :) I really love my twist on The Little Mermaid! Naked merman, yes. Yummy!
NaNoWriMo novel - "Somebody to Love"
My first full length fantasy romance! It was a bit rough to write, but I really enjoyed how it turned out! It was a very successful month. :)
I didn't get to all of my goals this year, but I enjoyed what progress I made! How did your overalls goals for the year go? I'll be sharing my new goals tomorrow!
I love your author photo! Congrats on making your 2013 goals :) Happy new year~ :D
ReplyDeleteI don't think I managed all of my goals either, I haven't given them a proper look in months. Here's hoping I do better this year! Happy New Year :)
