About Me

My name is Krista and I am 24 years old.  I am from Iowa and I have a bachelor's degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services, with an English minor.  I've been writing since I was eleven years old and I love it.  I've written seven novels, which you can find descriptions of them under the "Novels" tab.  I am currently revising my seventh novel.  I write YA Fantasy, though I've done some YA Christian Fiction, but I found I like fantasy much better! :D

I love my family; I am the second oldest of five children with ages from 26 to 6.  We also have two dogs named Lacey and Coco, though Coco isn't really my friend.  She likes to chew on my laptop cord.

I'm a geek.  My dad used to watch Star Wars with me as a kid and I also grew up watching Star Trek.  I love The Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones.  Maybe it makes me a little dorky, but I like them.
